How do I return an item?

Our returns page, with all information on returning your EyebrowQueen items, can be found here:

A return slip will be enclosed in your order. Please complete and send it back to the address displayed.

Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase

Once we have receipt of your returned product, we will issue a refund via the PayPal and Stripe payment options made available to you on purchase. Refunds usually take around 3-5 working days.

Can I track my order?

On successful completion of your transaction on the EyebrowQueen website, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided upon purchase and will confirm payment and order completion.

If you choose standard delivery you will not receive any tracking information.

If you choose next day delivery you will receive an email direct from the courier with information on how to track your order. You must be available to take delivery of your parcel on the stated day.

If not, as with all deliveries of this kind, your parcel will be sent to the nearest depot, alternatively, the delivery company will leave a note to state they will attempt to redeliver on a stated date.

What is the cut off for next day delivery?

Any product order made before 3.30pm will be posted for next day delivery where chosen, anything ordered after the 3.30pm daily cut off will be posted the next day.

We use the most cost-effective courier companies available to us. Once the product leaves our depot the delivery company is scheduled to deliver this product as requested.

In busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, some orders may be slightly delayed.

Should the courier company fail to deliver on time it is down to the customer to seek compensation directly with the courier in question. Unfortunately, Eyebrowqueen Ltd can not be held responsible for late deliveries once the courier companies pick up all orders from our depot.

I made an order today, but would like to amend / add / change the colour shade of my order

In all circumstances, we will attempt to fulfil any requests to amend or change orders that we receive on the same day of the order in question.

If your request has not been picked up in time and the order has already been processed, we will not be able to amend the order. You will need to wait for your order to be delivered and return the product within 14 days. 

I want to return a product but I have no postage slip

Eyebrowqueen Ltd do not supply free postage slips at this time. 

We advise all orders are returned in the packaging it was delivered in. It is up to you which postage service is used to return items. We recommend getting proof of purchase and using a tracked service.

Eyebrowqueen Ltd can not take any responsibility for returned items. If we do not receive a returned item we cannot authorise an exchange or refund.

How do I know which shade of product to order?

The Browpro Pencil and Colour Boost come in 6 different shades.

When purchasing either of these products on the EyebrowQueen website you will be asked to select one of the six different colour swatches. Which colour you need is dependent on your personal preference of how you like to have your brow colour.

To guide you, information on which shade if suitable for which skin tone or hair colour is provided in the details of the product page. You can also reference the Eyebrowqueen model images to see how each shade looks when applied. 

Where do I find information on how to use the product?

Using EyebrowQueen products is easy, that's why we made them. Information on how to use you products can be found on each of the products pages, including top tips from the Eyebrowqueen herself.
