Recreate the look of the stars from this year's Brit Awards
Admiring beautiful brows at this year's Brit Awards
Starting in 1977 The British Record Industry Trusts Show and more affectionately known as the Brits is held every year and is the highest profile music awards ceremony in the UK. It has featured some of the most notable events in British popular culture. Who could not remember Jarvis Cocker’s protest against Michael Jackson, the high-profile feud between Blur and Oasis, Geri Haliwell’s union jack dress, Samantha Fox and Mick Fleetwood’s bizarre hosting and sadly Freddie Mercury’s final public performance. But aside from that, it is a night where we get to see our favourite music performers receive accolade for their work.
It's also a night where we can all admire the glamourous make-up looks and eyebrows that catch our attention. Here's how you can recreate the look of the stars from this year's Brit Awards.
Mel C attended last night's Brits in a simple yet elegant, flowing black dress with slicked back hair to show off her glowing face. Her make up stylist Bekki Mitchel went for a very natural look with soft pink colours which compliments her soft arched brows.
Michelle Keegan wore a fabulous silver dress which showed off her amazing figure and long legs. She has a high pony which compliments her dress perfectly. Krystal Dawn - her make up artist chose to do makeup which is very subtle but glowy, her brows have a really nice arch which perfectly frames her face.
Maya Jama looked amazing last, her dress gave us serious Jessica Rabbit Vibes! She had short, sleek straight hair, which looked stunning on her and definitely was the right choice to match her dress. Because her dress is so eye catching, she didn’t do too much with her makeup and she didn’t need to! Letitia Sophia who did her make up, chose to do the soft glam look which is so in trend at the moment, however, she still has strong brows which are dark to match her dress, so we think to get this look you should use the EyebrowQueen Brow Pro Pencil, and Colour Boost in shade Black/Brown to get the really strong long.
Charli XCX entered the Brits last night wearing a black poofy dress with a plunging neckline which looked beautiful on her! Her make up artist Danielle Kahlani had opted for dark coloured, dramatic eyeshadow which lifted her face upwards while also complimenting her dress. Her eyebrows match the angle of her eyeshadow which help lift her eyes and make them draw your attention.
To get this look, try using the EyebrowQueen Colour Boost in Black/Brown as she already has thick eyebrows and doesn’t need too much filling in.
Lizzo had one of the most memorable dresses on the red carpet, as her dress was inspired by a milk chocolate bar. This was also accompanied by a diamante handbag version of the chocolate bar. Alex Mayo did Lizzo’s make up and went for a very dark lip mahogany lipstick on, which complimented her skin tone, and I think this is the reason why she went softer and fluffier with the brows. While her brows are still bold, they’re not as dark which balances the lipstick that she is wearing. To recreate this look, use EyebrowQueen Colour Boost in shade Medium Brown so that you can brush out your brows to make them fluffy and beautiful.
Laura Whitmore stunned the crowd in a newspaper inspired mini dress, maybe to highlight the recent events with her close friend. She has opted for a nice and simple hairstyle with one side clipped up and the other side down. Her make up artist Brook Simons has gone for a very glamours look with gold eyeshadow and a berry coloured lip which totally suits her! We all know that Laura loves a fluffy brow and that hasn’t changed tonight! To get that fluffy look like she does, we suggest using the EyebrowQueen Brow Pro Pencil in blonde and the Brow Fix so you can really brush those brows up and get the fluffy look you’ve always wanted!
